How is the ITM different from an ATM?

ITMs provide personal, face-to-face video interaction with a live bank teller.

How do I use the ITM?

Simply touch the screen to talk to a live teller. There is also a text function for the hearing impaired or to provide more privacy in a transaction.

What kind of transactions can I do using the ITM?

Almost anything you can do with a lobby teller, you can do at an ITM. That includes deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, account transfers, and loan payments!

Is it safe to conduct my bank transaction at the ITM?

Yes, the ITM is just as safe as a lobby teller. As when using an ATM, be cautious of your surroundings.

Can the ITM process my business transaction?

In most cases, yes. The ITM can handle business deposits and other transactions.

Can I use the ITM like an ATM?

Yes. You will enter your PIN just like at an ATM. You will be connected to the teller only if you select the Chat or Text button.
