Debit Card Controls – Now Available in Online Banking
Managing your debit card just got easier. Card Controls are now available directly within Online & Mobile Banking, giving you more control, convenience, and peace of mind – all in one place.
This new digital feature replaces the SecurLOCK app for debit cards. Credit card controls will still be available in the SecurLOCK App until further notice.
What You Can Do with Card Controls
With Card Controls, you can easily manage how and when your debit card is used:
- Turn your debit card on or off instantly
Perfect if your card is misplaced or for added after-hours protection (Turning your card off does not close the card.) - Set custom alerts for transactions and activity
- Set travel alerts
- Manage spending controls for added security
- View daily limits and connected accounts within Online Banking
Important: If your card is lost, stolen, or you notice fraudulent activity, please contact us right away so we can close and reissue your card. The on/off feature is a temporary safeguard only.
Getting Started Is Easy
- Log in to Online or Mobile Banking
- Select Card Control from the main menu
- Enroll your debit card
- Choose your alert and control preferences
