Debit Card Management – Effective December 2, 2025
We are making it easier and more convenient for you to manage your debit card! Starting December 2, 2025, our Card Controls will be moving into our Online Banking platform. Credit card controls will still be available in the SecurLOCK App until further notice.
If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking, you can get started today by visiting gbtonline.com and selecting Enroll Now in the top right corner.
What This Change Means for You
- SecurLOCK App Retired for Debit Cards Only
On 12/2/2025, the SecurLOCK app will no longer be available for managing debit cards. Credit cards will still be managed in the SecurLOCK app. - Continue Using Your Debit Card
Your card(s) will still work as usual for purchases and ATM transactions. - Temporary Limitations During Migration (7–14 days)
- You will not be able to turn your card on/off. If you misplace your card, please call us immediately at 800-847-7454.
- You will not receive transaction alerts. However, you can still monitor your activity through Online Banking or set up new alerts under:
Settings > New Alert > New History Alert.
- After Migration
You will gain access to Card Control directly in Online Banking. Once inside, you can:- Enroll your debit card(s).
- Choose card and alert preferences.
- Start using enhanced features for better card management.
