We’re thrilled to announce upcoming renovations at our Oxford University Avenue location as part of our commitment to enhancing your banking experience.

Here, we will update you on construction progress, provide information on any details/changes, and provide sneak peeks!

To minimize disruptions, the renovations will take place in two phases:

• Phase I (Starting February 3, 2025): Renovations on the second floor only, without impacting lobby traffic or hours.
• Phase II (Tentatively Late April 2025): Renovations on the first floor, with lobby services moving to the second floor. The drive-thru and ITM will remain fully operational.
  • During Phase II, the following services will be available as usual for your convenience:
    • Drive-Thru Services
    • ITM (Interactive Teller Machine)
    • Night Drop
  • For personalized assistance, we’ve made the following arrangements:
    • Access to your Banker: Team members will be available upstairs to assist with account openings and deposit needs.
    • Safe Deposit Boxes: To access your safe deposit box, please call the bank to schedule an appointment.
    • Lending Services: All lending staff will be available on the second floor. You may visit them via stairs or elevator or call to schedule an appointment with a banker.

While we work on these exciting updates, we may temporarily change our services or hours, and we’ll keep you informed in advance.

👉 Please note: Our Oxford Jackson Avenue and Oxford Enterprise locations will remain fully operational during this time. Our ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) will also remain fully operational to serve you. You may visit it in the drive-thru for your banking needs. Tap the screen, and a live teller will assist you. ITM Hours: Monday–Friday: 7 AM–7 PM and Saturday: 9 AM–12 PM
