How do I report a lost card?

To report a lost or stolen debit card please visit our page on Lost Card Procedures to contact your branch during business hours, or call 800-500-1044 for after hours or holiday support. To report a lost or stolen credit card, please call 866-604-0381.

Why was my debit card declined?

You could be over your daily dollar limit, you may not have the funds in your account, or it may be that the zip code correlated with your account was entered incorrectly. Please contact your local branch and they’ll be able to help you out.

How do I reorder checks?

What are your bank office hours?

How do I login to my bank account?

To login to online banking, access the logon page from the Guaranty Bank website. If you aren’t signed up for online banking, please reach out to your banker or click here to enroll.

How do I update my contact information?

Contact information can be updated within your Online Banking account, or by calling one of our branch locations.

Where do I find the Guaranty Bank mobile app?

Currently the mobile banking app is available for download from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Search for GuarantyBank to find our mobile banking app.

Can I open a checking account with no deposit?

All Guaranty Bank checking accounts require a minimum deposit. To view the minimums and our account options, visit our personal checking account page.

Do you have a free checking account?

Several of our checking accounts have no monthly fees based on certain terms and conditions. To view how to waive the monthly fees and all of the account options available, visit the personal checking page and click “waive fees”.

What do I need to cash a personal check at the branch locations?

To cash a check at Guaranty Bank branch locations we ask that you bring your account number, and a government issued id (such as your driver’s license). View a list of all branch locations to find the nearest to you.

How can I check my account balance?

To check your account balances, use the online banking login via your computer, or the GuarantyBank mobile app. You can also call a branch location for your balance.

How do I find my account number?

Your account number can be found on your monthly bank statements, or by looking at your checks (your account number is the final set of numbers). For questions about locating your account number, contact your local branch today!

How do I find my routing number?

The routing number for your bank will be the first set of numbers on your checks. The routing number for Guaranty Bank is 084202251

How do I make a deposit to my account?

To deposit money to your account, visit a local branch, ATM, or login to your mobile banking app for mobile deposit.

If you’d like to direct deposit your paycheck, the quickest way is to sign up for a direct deposit with your employer. Download the form to submit to your employer’s payroll team.

Is my money available immediately after I make a deposit?

Once a deposit is made, it is subject to approval, and the ability of the funds will be determined by the time the deposit was made (by the cut-off time) and the method. Checks take longer to clear than a cash deposit does.

How much money is required to open a personal savings account?

What items do I need to open a business checking account?

In order to open a business checking account, please bring along your business formation documents, your EIN or SSN (if a sole proprietor), the business license, and ownership agreements.
