Addendum to Truth in Savings Disclosure

This Addendum supplements your Truth in Savings Disclosure and applies only to accounts opened in participating markets during the promotional period listed below and is limited to one bonus per individual.

Amount of Bonus: You will receive a one-time $200 deposit as a bonus for opening your account if the conditions described below are met.

Conditions to Earn Bonus: To qualify for this Bonus offer, you must:

• The new account must establish and receive qualifying direct deposit(s). A qualifying direct deposit is a recurring electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension, or government benefits (such as Social Security) made by your employer or an external agency. Internal transfers, mobile deposits, and person-to-person payments (e.g., Zelle®, PayPal®, Venmo®) do not qualify.

• The account must remain open and in in good standing for at least 60 calendar days from the date of first deposit. Good standing is defined as no overdrafts or non-sufficient funds.

When Bonus Will Be Provided: After all Conditions to Earn Bonus are fulfilled, the bonus will be credited to your checking account no later than January 31, 2026.

Opening deposit cannot be transferred from existing Guaranty Bank accounts.
